A last round of rain and snow will exit New Jersey just in time for the start of the heavy-duty Thanksgiving travel season this weekend.

Parts of New Jersey picked up over an inch of healthy rainfall overnight, and there's more wet, inclement, raw weather to come.

All of New Jersey will get wet Wednesday night into Thursday. Raw, inclement, and even wintry weather will linger into Friday too.

This is New Jersey's most active weather forecast in quite a while.

A strong cold front will drive up to an inch of rain, gusty winds, colder air, and even a few snowflakes into New Jersey later this week.

Skies will look a bit 'blah' and unsettled across New Jersey Thursday, although very few raindrops will actually fall from the abundant cloud cover here.

Over the next three days, New Jersey temperatures will run about 5 to 10 degrees below seasonal normals.

This is still a very dry forecast for New Jersey, with temperatures about to tumble to more November-ish levels.

While temperatures will soar to around 80 degrees for trick-or-treating on Thursday, New Jersey will cool to the 50s for the first weekend of November.

Changes are coming just as November begins on Friday, as a cold front delivers rain showers, a brisk wind, and cooler air to New Jersey.
